You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software and the Readme file before installation. Unless you have a different license agreement signed Ujima Consulting, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. This agreement covers Negotiable User License Registered Version and specifies the detail compliance. It is considered an Addendum to the UjimaSuite(R) Version 4.0 License Agreement, which details the Governing Law, Disclaimer of Warranty, Shareware Version (Demo Edition), Evaluation and Registration as well as Distribution (Demo Edition).
License Notice
This Negotiable License Agreement and warranty shall expire in no more than twelve months after User and/or Agency License purchase is made.
Negotiable User License Registered Version
This software application is intended for use by more then fifty (50) Network users, who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on more then fifty (50) workstations used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. The exact number of limited license and workstation installations allowed are in the signed written contract for which a copy is held for record by the organization which is a party to the contract with Ujima Consultants.
This Negotiable User License purchase allows for then fifty (50) Network or Site-to-site users to access the registered version of UjimaSuites through a network or from different Physical Sites. This right of access is provided that they have obtained network or enterprise licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if sixty five (65) different workstations will access UjimaSuites on the network or across sites, each workstation must have its own UjimaSuites license or be included in the count of the maximum Negotiable User license, regardless of whether they use UjimaSuites at different times or concurrently. A;; Negotiable User license installations allowed are in the signed written contract for which a copy is held for record by the organization which is a party to the contract with Ujima Consultants.
