It is the user's responsibility under the UjimaSuite® version 4.0 License Agreement to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.

All use of UjimaSuite® software must adhere to the UjimaSuite® version 4.0 License Agreement, which details the Governing Law, Disclaimer of Warranty, Shareware Version (Demo Edition), Evaluation and Registration as well as Distribution (Demo Edition).
The license and warranty shall expire in no more than twelve months after purchase. Any negotiated licenses are required to adhere to the same licensing agreements and restrictions.
