Care4Me Management Information System Application
Care4Me allows client service tracking for three types of programs: Care Programs, Client Management, and Direct Services. Care4Me makes record keeping simple and easy for daycare, youth recreation programs, government programs and community centers.
- Detailed client information with special Survey of Needs function,

- Group activity and Staff support.

Care4Me is easy to use with user friendly screens accessed from clearly titled buttons with a click of the mouse (or by tabbing to the desired button).
Administrative controls allow editing of user-created categories. You can also delete prior service counts or enter several service records in a batch mode.
You can also:
- Enter multiple identification numbers.
- Track age groups in a family.
- View and add visits from a popup screen.
- Find clients fast, sorting by name or address.
- Set automatic client warnings with comment notes
- Track client data by households or individuals.
- Enter multiple service program listings
- Screen eligibility by Zip Code
- ... and more!
And many functions in Care4Me are automatic, such as moving clients who have not visited in 24 months to an inactive file. Former clients can be purged which helps to keep the database manageable.
The client input screen allows tracking of family members by birth date and tracks relationships. Persons are automatically advanced and counted by age groups you define. And additional families can be added to same address.

Special Client Multiple-Tab Feature
The Client Survey of Need feature allows easy navigation with tabs that are as user friendly as dividers in a notebook, keeping the client data screens compact.
Six (6) tabs allow quick access to
- Client/Household,
- Special Programs,
- Care Type Information,
- Client Care Profile, and
- Ethnicity information,
with family and visit subscreens.
Special Contract Program features
- Separate program client tracking handled easily under the Contract tab.
- Eligibility contract declarations can be written for all clients receiving program services.
- Reports can be generated based on weekly or monthly distribution.
- Contract can be tracked by various time cycles.
- Contract services counted separately from standard program activities.
All client screens can be easily printed or more detailed reports are available in the Reports section of Care4Me. The Administration section allows for access to 20 other tables to customize Care4Me for each Agency, including who gets permission to use and/or modify the program.
Staff Features
- Track labor in an easy to use time sheet, with quick access to multiple staff, time worked, skills and comments.
- Quickly find details, including contact information, licenses and permits, available times and skills
Direct Services Features
- Track services specific to a client by date, type and value.
- Multiple pull-down selections for most fields that are editable
- Maintains direct services counts and billing totals.
- On demand individual reports on each student's direct services
Care4Me provides multiple category edits for volunteer and donation tracking allowing agencies to use in-house terms and names.

Following extensive lab and field testing, Ujima recommends the following minimum system requirements:
- Pentium III, 466MHz CPU
- 128 mb RAM
- CD-ROM drive to install
- 25 mb hard disk space for program and data files (additional space required for Ujima Suites add-on programs)
- Microsoft® Windows 95
- Microsoft® Access 97 (run-time version available with each AIMS2000 license)
