Enrollment information including personal and emotional development concerns can be listed for multiple types in notes, and linked to any of the discipline categories related to behaviors.
Program services can also be associated with each client and created based on organization-specific types.
Adult client profiles can be setup for detailed information related to the client, with
- Details, including name, age, ethnicity, gender, ID number and identification fields
- Tracking multiple address histories for mobile and transient adult clients
- Marital status, education and birthplace in quick, drop-down menus
- Income source(s) with current situation summary fields and narratives at the click of the mouse
Once a child and adult client profile has been setup, there can be multiple parent/child relations to address today's many different family structures and custody arrangements, with a "prime caretaker" designation and notation of other significant adults and the attachment of notes.
Administrative controls allow for editing categories to personalize/customize to the program or services. There are more than 20 editable lists to make specific modifications to agency-standard language and titles.
A basic, graphical on-line tutorial is included, with easy-to-use help files that can be printed out for later reference. The extensive user guide is viewed with a web browser and is available on the CD-ROM that comes with each license. Additional training is available from Ujima.
