The application provides detailed client information with the special "Survey of Needs" tabs, and monitors staff activities, with all functions easily accessible.

DeToxMe is easy to use with user-friendly windows accessed from clearly titled buttons with a click of the mouse or by tabbing to the desired button.

Administrative controls allow for editing categories by agency. Users can also delete prior visits or enter several visits at one time with the "batch visits" button.

Client Session Tab

You can easily control the client session selection by date and service fees. All session types and fees can be easily modified to an agency's terms and costs.

Agreement Tab

DeToxMe easily handles required contracts for program client services tracking under the agreement tab.

• Agreement contracts can be written for all clients receiving such services.
  
• Reports can be generated based on weekly or monthly service.
  
• Agreement service visits are counted separately from standard treatment program visits.
  

Treatment Type Tab

Multiple treatment types can be associated with each client, allowing each specific treatment to contain a description and comments.

Staff Features

• The staff menu allows navigation of labor tracking information with details
  
• Labor tracking is completed in an easy-to-use timesheet with quick access to multiple staff, time worked, and skills information, plus comments
  
• Staff information detail includes contracting, type of staff, available times and skills.
  
• Staff timesheets allow tracking by date, skill type, and value based on agency-defined categories.
  
• Multiple pull-down menus available for most fields.
  
• Staff members can be tracked for special permits, with system-generated expiration reports.
  

The System Administrator can easily edit the entire drop-down selection list, and most screens allow for quick print instant reports based on staff member or specific details.
