Most drop-down menu selections can be customized
Clients not visiting in a two-year period can be automatically moved to inactive status. Former clients can be purged to keep the database smaller and more manageable.

INS contact tab Features
ImmigrateMe easily handles special INS program client tracking under the agreement tab. Contract agreements can be written for all clients receiving INS program services or funding, reports generated on a weekly or monthly basis, and tracking by type of group or type of service. Contract service visits are counted separately from regular program visits. And each client contract agreement can have a different cycle. Most of the drop-down selections can be edited to use industry or in-house phrases and language.
Personal Citizenship Profile
One of the Survey of Needs tabs allows tracking various client issues and details, helping to enhance and personalize citizenship counseling.
- Track citizenship class attendance / data
- Monitor INS critical dates through the entire Citizenship process.
Staff / Labor Tracking
An easy to use time sheet gives quick access to time worked, skills requirements, hour values and comments. The staff / volunteer menu easily navigates labor tracking and detailed information by agency-defined categories. And multiple reports are available for support staff time sheet compilations. (Labels can be changed to include names and descriptions more commonly used in the organization, as necessary.)
