ProjectTrek is easy to use with user friendly screens accessed from clearly titled buttons with a click of the mouse (or by tabbing to the desired button).
Administrative controls allow editing of user-created categories. You can also delete prior project tasks or enter several tasks in a batch mode.

The Blockpoint input screen allows tracking of multiple projects date and group relationships. Projects are automatically advanced and counted by day's late categories groups you define. And additional status recovery plans can be added to critical late projects. You can also quick-print these screens
Special Stoplight Feature
The Stoplight screen allows easy navigation with tab pop-ups that are as user friendly as dividers in a notebook, keeping the signal feature data screens compact. Each project Stoplight tabs allow quick access to:
- Late tasks summary by days late categories,
- Special pop-ups screen based on signal color.
- Details on each late tasks,
- Task's service and resource information,
- Task's resource profile,
- Recovery plan pop-up screen, and
- Multiple report generation tracking.

- Reports can be generated based on daily, weekly or monthly project status.

All Project screens can be easily printed or more detailed reports are available in the Reports section of ProjectTrek. The Administration section allows for access to 20 other tables to customize ProjectTrek for each Agency, including who gets permission to use and/or modify the program.
