All UjimaSuites Users manuals are designed as interactive tutorials and release in a digital format with User help files on all UjimaSuites VERSIONS. The tutorial and help files for the UjimaSuites applications are easy to use. Ujima considers these files as "user application aides". They serve to provide "built-in intelligence" to address many of the users questions and inquiries about the applications.

Interactive Tutorials

The interactive tutorials files are formatted in html, which allows for a quick access via User's web browser. The HTML format also requires minimum storage on the hard disk and allows common web bowers navigation features that help reduce the users learning curve. These files could be better described as the "user guides on the web or "WebMan.html."

The interactive tutorials will be of help in the evaluation of selected applications as well as quick training for agency users. The interactive hyperlink functionality helps user to make the quick interactive selections of interest area as well as provides quick jumps to subject material.

Ujima Consultants maintains current releases of the Interactive User's manual for each application that have been upgraded with a WebMan.html. These releases are compatible with the Netscape Communicator; Internet Explorer or AOL web browser formats. Each application has the 'interactive tutorial' as part of the UjimaSuites standard. The WebMan.html Interactive User's manuals have over hundreds of hyperlinks subjects. There are also hundreds plus screen and sub menu images that provide the user with quick graphics to interactive links.

Help Files

The UjimaSuites applications' help files use Microsoft Developer's Toolkit Help Desk to complete the code for their executions. These help files Have the interface that has become the standard across the Microsoft Windows operating system. These feature both the Index and Search feature forgetting to subject matter about the applications.

The help files also have subject hyperlinks and user step-by-step data entry pictures with notation. A particular help files can be printed for use in training or closer examination. The help files unlike the Interactive Tutorials, are completed with each application release and are not updated until the next application release. There is no web access for help files updates only the CD Release products.
